why youth jiu-jitsu?

Discipline is an essential aspect of Jiu-Jitsu training, and it is a valuable skill for the youth and upcoming generation to learn. Through Jiu-Jitsu, children learn the importance of setting goals, working hard to achieve them, and persevering through challenges. Jiu-Jitsu training requires discipline in terms of attending classes regularly, practicing consistently, and following the instructions of the instructors. By learning discipline through Jiu-Jitsu, children can develop the self-control and focus needed to succeed in all areas of life. Training Room environment 

Our Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for kids to learn and grow. Our experienced instructors are passionate about Jiu-Jitsu and are dedicated to helping your child develop skills such as focus, discipline, and teamwork.

Skills & Growth 

In our classes, your child will learn the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, including basic techniques, strategies, and self-defense moves. They will also develop strength, flexibility, and endurance through fun and engaging exercises.

We believe that Jiu-Jitsu is not just a sport, but a way of life. It requires hard work, discipline, and dedication to become proficient in this martial art. Our classes will challenge your child to push their limits and strive for excellence.
 

age group, guidelines & Schedule

  •  Child must be in the age group staring from 13 - 17 Years old 

  • Child must maintain and have great level of hygiene 

  • Training Gear: Wear clean training clothes (T-shirt + shorts or rashguard, shorts & spats).  

  • Tight-fitting clothing is recommended to prevent mat burn, and protect your training partner from toes/fingers getting caught in loose-fitting clothing.

  • Using Flip-Flops outside the MAT Area
